Diana Pastrana is the founder of Defyne, LLC where she helps organizations grow through conflict in her work as a culture and DEI consultant. She has over a decade of experience working in different industries to help build stronger, more inclusive teams. Diana is an Inclusion Institute Certified Diversity Practitioner (IICDP) and a holds a certificate from Cornell University in Conflict Resolution. Diana gave her first public talk on having hard conversations on 2017 and has been speaking up ever since. Diana helps organizations by offering services around conflict resolution like mediation, leadership or employee interventions, and proactive employee engagement activities.

Lisa Morgan is a self-advocate and consultant in crisis support and suicide prevention for autistic people. Lisa is founder and co-chair of the Autism and Suicide workgroup. She is a community council member of AASET (Autistic Adults and other Stakeholders Engaged Together) a group of autistic adults informing autism research priorities. Lisa has a master’s degree in the Art of Teaching and is a certified autism specialist. Lisa owns Lisa Morgan Consulting LLC, where she coaches autistic adults pursuing a better quality of life and develops workshops for professionals and staff to communicate with and understand autistic people in crisis.
